Disappointed. Irregular opening hours, limited selection and vague pricing. Made a big purchase as tiles were "in stock" and available next day. Wasn`t given an itemised bill which caused problems when it came to returning some of the tiles. Some dispute as to what I was actually charged originally compared to price quoted upon return. And was stung for 15% "handling charge" for tiles returned. Overall don`t believe I received value for money and would not return. On a positive note the tiles I used appeared to be good quality and look well.
