Reviews about Wilsons Of Rathkenny
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-12-03, by Andrew McCallisterLeft my nissan in to Wilson's on Tuesday for a service, new brake discs and pads. Booking process was straightforward and staff were courteous and helpful. Car was ready by lunchtime and they'd even washed and vacuumed it too! Brakes are spot on and I am very pleased with the professional service received at Wilson's.
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-10-28, by Andy LinfordNetwork Q Purchase Looking for a bigger car to suit the family needs. Paul was excellent in helping us through picking the right car. Paul's customer service was first class and this made our final decision really simple.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-06-25, by Judith KearneyI visited Wilsons of Rathkenny for the first and last time on bank holiday Monday August 29th 16. We looked at a few cars and found the sales staff attentive and helpful. Whilst walking from one showroom to another we heard the unusually loud revving of an engine from an approaching car and witnessed a young boy, (I think the one from the Wilson's TV advert), driving a silver hatchback without adult supervision very erratically. As we watched several people whom I assume were staff had to actively dodge the vehicle. This was an area to which members of the public had both vehicular and pedestrian access. What if a customers child had stepped out from a parked car? The young driver's visibility was so impaired he would likely not seen them. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Any company wreckless enough to allow a child who can't properly see over the steering wheel to drive a car alone shows blatant negligence for that child's safety. Staff in the showrooms looked on, unwilling to stop this child's joyride. As a parent I was shocked, concerned and outraged that this was happening. Where were his parents? It certainly makes mockery of the "family values", claimed in their as. This speaks volumes, if this is the scant disregard shown for a child's well being, what do they care about customers well being? If something as fundamental as health and safety is brushed under the carpet by this company what other vital checks and balances are ignored by them? The mind boggles! I'm sure that their insurer would be interested in whats going on. What other car showroom in the UK would you see this in? I'm guessing none. Shame on you Wilson's I mean its a car showroom, not a theme park!
